The £1,500 cash advance is subject to the following terms and conditions:

(1) receipt of a signed no win no fee agreement from you  

(2) The fault party's insurers have admitted liability

(3) You have attended the medical appointment arranged by SBW Lawyers& Co and the medical report has been received and your injury claim is valued at or in excess of £2,000

(4) You authorise SBW Lawyers& Co to be reimbursed the £1,500 cash advance made to you at the conclusion of your claim

(5) If you fail to provide instructions after the advance has been made, you authorise us to settle your claim on the best terms possible

(6) Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) cases where a referral fee has already been paid to a Claims Management Company (CMC) or any other organisation, accidents outside England and Wales and accidents involving foreign driver third party claims are excluded 

(7) If you transfer instructions to another firm of solicitors, knowingly provide false information about your claim or fail to provide instructions you will refund the cash equivalent of the iPad to SBW Lawyers& Co 

In respect of cases involving minors, we are unable due to their age to make any cash advance.
